Projects
2300 Charlotte
Adaptive reuse of an old wharehouse on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville. Catering to what is called the creative class, this project will not only restore the original building facade to its original state but it also greatly modifies the later cinder block additions and also adds a new entrance with its own contemperary language. Great pains have been taken to maintain and celebrate many of the quirky modifications made to the building over the years. In keeping with this effort the new additions skin and windows are Irregular and given an adhoc appearance.
